HFS suspension system for enduro classic motorbikes

Classic motorbikes for Enduro and Motocross has a suspension concept based in long travel for the front forks, as well as for the rear end. When motorbikes are used for competition it is very important that front forks have a good sensibility, adequate to "read" the terrain and keep the front wheel always in contact with the track, and at the same time avoiding bottoming in jumps or when it attacks big pot holes.

New Trail models launched

From January 2010 the range of HFS® Progressive Suspension kits availability has been increased to Honda XL 700 V Transalp and Yamaha XT 660 Z Tenere.

With HFS® kit, a basic and non-adjustable front fork suspension is transformed in a real progressive and adjustable one, depending on factors such as driver's weight and driving contidions.

New models launched for on-road

HFS® range for On-Road motorbikes was launched at the end of 2009, covering main models of BMW, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Kawasaki with normal Right-side-up front forks.

In Februery 2010 it has been updated with Suzuki GSR 600, Suzuki Gladius 650 and Kawasaki ER6.

Development history of HFS system for Classic Trial Motorbikes

HFS® system development for Classic Trial motorbikes started with BULTACO Sherpa model 199A, with private pilots in different races; later and with clear competition orientation, around mid 2009, it was started co-operation with  Vitale Máquinas (workshop specialised in OSSA competition and leisure motorbikes reconstruction and set-up). It was chosen a OSSA 250 MAR first series to develop the initial set-up and then to make the first tests.
